What is the principle of the CERAGEM Thermal Massager?
Ceragem Thermal Massager is based on the principle of an alternative medicine of Western Chiropractic and Chinese Chuna Method.
The alternative Method means "the therapy treating the diseases without administering medication or injection".
Ceragem Master can be used on the automatic mode with the function of heating, finger pressure, massage and moxibusition for 40 minutes.
The effect of the Ceragem Master varies from person to person.
It is recommended to purchase this product after trying it out at the product center.
Where can I find the product model number?
For M3500 and EK model, it is written on the left side and next to the power connector when you lay down the massager.
Can CERAGEM Thermal Massager be purchased by a phone order?
Phone order is not possible. You can visit the nearest center and purchase the product after trying out the product.

The appropriate temperature is in between 45~55℃ .
What is the allowable temperature range for the Ceragem Master?
The temperature range is in between 30~75℃ .
